A bit ago there was a post asking about where to go for a traditional Christmas lunch. Here is another suggestion for Christmas Dinner. Googie's has a menu out that offers:
Avocado Salad
Prawn Cocktail
Bouillobaisse Marseillaise
Turkey and Ham or Roast Gammon
Boiled and Roasted Potatoes
Brussel Sprouts and Glazed Carrots
Mixed Vegetables
Sage and onion Stuffing
Sausage and Bacon Wrap
Cranberry sauce or gravy
Christmas Pudding or Mince Pie with Brandy sauce or Custard
Christmas Cake
Tea or Coffee
After dinner mints
Also a glass of red or white wine is included
The dinner starts at 6pm and is offered at 950 baht. The flyer says that most of the food is homemede by Googie himself. The Restaurant is looked directly across from Day/Night Hotel off second road. When I ate breakfast there this morning Googgie mentioned that sometimes people wait until the last minute to book and no space is left.
