View Full Version : Web site hosting in Thailand?

February 18th, 2006, 12:01
I want to register my own personal domain and host a web site. I'm finding that the budget hosting sites in US will not do so for an overseas resident.

Can anybody recommend a Thai web hosting company? I don't need a bunch of bells and whistles nor hand-holding, as I have been managing a friend's yoga website in the US for a number of years, and am familiar with setting up and maintaining a site. Thanks in advance!

I don't understand your problem.
I am "overseas" from the US and have a dot com on a US server.

Try hostingu.com :)

Reasonable price with all the bells and whistles.

Likewise - try www.1PlanHost.com (http://www.1PlanHost.com)

Excellent service for the past 5 years

Thanks, I will check them out. I was lusting after 1-and-1.com, but they will NOT host for a user not living in the US, Canada or UK. I tried another one (the name eludes me right now) and was told the same thing. Glad to know I found the only two losers. :-)
