Is good time of the year to travel there?
I 2 years ago don't travel to Thailand... Which the prices of the bars go-go are at the moment?.

This subject has produced heated arguments in the past !

Average 'fair' rates are:

Short time (1 or 2 hours) 1000 Baht
All night 1500 Baht
Complete day (not usual) - up to you to sort out with the boy - can range from 1500 Baht upwards.

These rates are in addition to the bar fine ('off' fee which can be from 200 to 400 Baht depending on the city and the bar you are in) which you pay to the gogo bar to take the boy out.

They are always assuming the boy has 'performed' satisfactorily and you have been happy in his company. If you are not happy suggest lowering the above rates by about 200 or 300 Baht.

However, many people would not agree with the above rates. Some, especially the resident expats living permanently in the country on often limited budgets, consider they would be too high. The rates given are what is generally accepted to be the average a visitor currently pays.
