It's amazing that these guys have not figured out that by keeping a moderately large bank balance they can easily be aquited of the crime by the next morning....or with enough cash in their pockets they can walk away from the scene of the crime while the boys in brown are not looking. Corruption is so wide spread that the only ones that make the news, jail or deportation are the ones to poor to pay the piper. These are the ones that are thrown like a bone to a dog at the NGOs and western governments. But then again, anyone dumb enough to chase the underage is missing a large chunk of brain.
