Well you are not comparing very similar properties.

Century Park Hotel is a newish place in a not very convenient location. It is popular with tourists and groups.

asiarooms.com doubles from US$70 - that price surprised me

Bel-Aire Princess - part of the Dusit group and had a 'modern' makeover a few years ago. It is a fine hotel in a fairish location, Suckhumvit Soi 5 BUT! " Joiner's Fees apply which may make a difference.

Asia Rooms double from US$102

Panthip Court , It's a lovely property in a very good location and a snip at US80 a night booking direct - or a smidgen cheaper via Asia Travel but excluding breakfast. No Joiner's fees. For very little extra you can get a 1 bedroom suite by the week.

Pantip is far superior to Bel Aire but you do need a tuk-tuk to get from one end of your suite to the other. It used to be the best kept secret of the HiSo gay visitor to Bangkok but I guess the secret is out now.

.....a smidgen cheaper via Asia Travel but excluding breakfast. ...

Does Asia Travel have a website?

... and it was as easy as typing in www.asiatravel.com (http://www.asiatravel.com) - and just a bit more difficult than going to Google and typing in "Asia Travel". Are you able to get yourself out of bed in the mornings?

My Budget Travel magazine recommends: http://www.oldbangkokinn.com/ (The editor of the magazine is gay, but I don't know about joiner's fee here.)

Budget Travel is a fine travel mag; it doesn't usually go for the posh places, just the fun places.
