It's not Toms double post, which was a genuine mistake, that was the problem. I don't see why you couldn't have posted your picture in Tom's thread, if it had to be posted at all. It's not as if no one had seen it is it? It has been on most of the news channels, several newspapers and is all over the net.

On the subject of politeness, that's something I think you were lacking in when making your post, when Tom had already started a topic on the subject. Therefor, I suggest you take the plank out of your own mouth before attempting to remove the splinter from the mouth of anyone else.
