Yes and it may interest you to know that the Australian flag is a copy of the New Zealand original, which was first flown in 1869 on NZ ships. The Australian flag was introduced in 1901.

I really don't see why New Zealand has to have a flag other than Australia's flag any way, New Zealand is only a subsiduary state of Australia. The natives don't want to live there...they all end up in Queensland. Helen Clark is the most powerful man in politics in NZ I have ever seen. The weather is shite!
