Any recommendations for a competent, knowledgeable travel agent in Pattaya for international travel? (or even in Bangkok)

I used Mim from NS-Travel in Pattaya and also over mail from germany. Fast answer from her and no problem to book a returnflight for my boyfriend to KL in november.
