Is the Mata Hari/Manhattan trying to exclude the riff raff

With the widening of the road to Jomtien from Pattaya there now appears to be a bottleneck created where the Mata Hari car park is and as the entire road has been cleared, power poles realigned, new culverts created until you reach there I feel some resistance is being put up to having the great unwashed swishing past in Baht Buses inches from there doorway. Anyone know anything regarding this?

Don't worry, the city never follows any building/construction codes anyway. Anything is possible.

they've let me and Mrs O'Booze plus her mother in,in the past weeks.

........... but have no way to confirm ............ MataHari and/or Manhattan as well as the large speed boat dealer on the other side of the road have an injunction against using "their" property for the road widening project ............ we will see.
