Asian Moon breakfast revisited

What a nice guy Darren from Asian Moon is. I went in to have breakfast the other day since I had not been there for a few weeks. While I was eating Darren came around to all the tables to see if all was well. The place at 10:30am was very crowded. When he came to where I was eating he said asked if all was OK and I said yes, I just wish you had "French Toast". He sat down and was truly interested. He first asked what it was and when I explained he said, "Oh, eggy bread". Then he said let me go make some!! I said "No problem" and that I was really just making conversation. But off he went and in less than 2 minutes came back with some. It was delicious! But more importantly he seemed genuinely interested in providing what he could. He was thinking of adding it for a few days to see how it went.

He did mention that he hadn't seen Traveler Jim for a while.....I mentioned that he was getting a free breakfast somewhere (re former post)...JOKING!
