I also remember what Pattaya was like 23 years ago - only one gay bar, Tiffany, located at one end of the Beach Road, walking street (the road) did not exit, it was a dirt track - although Marine and Simon were the centre of activity later on in the evening with drag shows etc. The gay beach was in Wongama (the other end of Beach Road) - I still have pictures of quite a lot of the areas - there were no gay hotels or gay areas really in Pattaya at that time.
