Looks like youtube pulled the plug on the video.
It was the "Big Spender" number from Sweet Charity.
I hadn't seen it in years and was struck by how it reminded me of the bored looking bar boys doing the "one knee shuffle".

I think when put over with such a familiar ditty, it really brings the message across.
And yes, just like in the clip, some of the 'boys' in certain establishments do look as if they've been around a bit.
