Hi Guys:

I have an acquaintance coming from Europe soon and it will be his first time to Pattaya.

He asked me to find out where can he get in Pattaya through a doctor/pharmacy genuine 100mg Viagra.
As he will be in Thailand for about a month I assume he wants about 30 tablets, so how much should he pay per one?

Many thanks for any information.

I think there has been a thread on here about it before, but you can buy from a chemist but be careful there are two types. Apparently, both are genuine but one is brought in from another country and taxes have not been paid. The other is the one which is meant to be sold in Thailand, it has a authencity sticker on it with a telephone number you can check its authencity and can cost in the region of 1,800 bht to 2000 bht for 4 tablets. The other form which has been "brought in" is around 1000 bht.

The Indian generic Penegra is just as good. I send them to a friend in US that is almost 100% limp without Viagra and he tells me that there is no difference.

I don't get them in Bangkok, have not found a sourse. I buy them in Jomtiem at the Pharmacy next to the Bamboo Bar. I forget what I pay, 300 to 400 I think, depends on the amount I buy.

I keep going back there since he tells me they work. I have tried half a pill for enhancement or a second round from time to time, seems to work.

Just ask your truested pharmacist for the drug you want, i.e. Viaga contains Sindrafil or Apsirin contains Acetylsalicylic acid and he wil tell you.

As always, paying for a brand name = Viagra, Aspirin, Adidas, Porsche is expensive. There are alternatives.

July 11th, 2007, 21:41
2 pharmacies on road - just few metres from bamboo bar near Jomtien beach

kamagra = 400 for 4 in first one - 350 for 4 in one nearest beach.
Viagra = much more expensive. kamagra is genuine.

Bulk buy and you can get a better price. I was offered 10% off if i bought 20

buying Viagra from another country sold in Thailand or unbranded stuff, be careful, the branded and proper regulated stuff sold in Thailand is more expensive, but at least you are getting the right stuff. I don't need to tell you of the recent case of medicine and other goods from China.

30 100mg tablets for ONE month? Jeez, a 100mg dosage would raise the dick of a dead man! Most can get by with cutting the 100mg tablets into 4 doses. He should be able to get by for a month on about 8 pills (assuming one dose a day).

............. Sang-A-Nat Pharmacy on South Pattaya Road about mid-way between Beach Road and 2nd Road on the south side of the street ............ don't know the price for Viagra, but Phanagra is 500 baht for 4 x 100mg ......... indistinguishable from Viagra except the color -- pink rather than blue.

Viagra is affected by food intake, Cialis is not. Does anyone know where to buy Cialis in Bangkok, for less than the standard 1800 baht fot pack of 4?

I would like to find that too in Bangkok, but I think you will have better luck in Pattaya. From what I hear in Bangkok you have to go to a clinic where they register you as a patient. You pay for an exam that you really don't get from a doctor you don't see and then you can buy whatever ED drug you want.

Don't you think it's asking for trouble looking for cut-rate drugs?

I went to my doctor and told him I am having trouble maintaining an erection and he gave me some sample Cialis. When I go back, I will tell him they worked fine and ask for a perscription.

Go to the source of the problem!
I bought two packs of 4 tried one cut in half doses and found that a good looking boy worked much better. I think it is better to put the money on a cute boy, it seems to work wonders for me. I like one poster got a massive headache and not in the right head either. I suggest you cure the real problem, instead of trying to fix the stopped up faucet with generic drugs. It means you have a blood pressure problem or heart problem. I recommend he get it from his doctor and find out why it won't work and fix it at the source or, just spend your money on a really good looking boy. Go early before they are all picked over and have a good time.

Totally agree there. Why do you think that in the west such drugs are normally only available on prescription (although admittedly they can be got via the internet or other unregulated sources)? As someone else pointed out the inability to get or maintain an erection usually means you have a blood pressure or heart problem. Taking Viagra, Cialis or other such drugs (especially at the quantity and strength zinzone is talking about), without consulting a doctor, is putting your health (and life) at risk (at least zinzone's 'friend' wants to find authentic drugs through a doctor/pharmacy). But I suppose the idiots who take such drugs without a doctor's approval have their brains in a bag between their legs instead of in their head anyway !

I was told by one of the Sunee regulars that there is now a problem with fake yaabaa. It looks the same but
has a very limited or zero effect. Purchasers of this weakened or just fake yaabaa are known to be less
calm then the old goats who buy the fake viagra.. If it is too cheap, it is probably shit... :cat:

In fact neither Viagra nor Cialis are prescription only drugs [unless you are an Aussie and served in the Vietnam war, then they are free on doctors rec.] in the west or in Thailand. They are freely available at all of the Chemist shops on Rama IV, between Suriwongse and Silom, and probably elsewhere in Thailand. Because of their popularity the mark up is high, so some shops may be prepared to discount????

Siam Drug has everthing for sure. Any Thai pharmycy might have it least s small selection. They all like you (r cash). There is no fixed price...

Don't waist yout time asking at Boots the Chemists or Watsons. ...

Upcountry this kind of drugs might be some more difficult to obtain but where nightlife is and may tourists are, just try your luck.

It's not that they are unwilling to sell, it's they don't have it. I don't know where Danny 99 is talking about but I went to the drug store on Rama 4 this week named Fascino, it next to Robinson's, and he said he did not have any in stock and did not know when or if he would.

Danny 99 is your information current? If you know of a drug store (not a clinic) in Bangkok that is selling Kamagra let us know and more important what's the price?

Current as of 3 weeks ago. Half way between Silom and Suriwongse, on Rama IV, there are two main chemist shops, one large double fronted one and a smaller one closer to Suriwongse. Both are well stocked shops with wheelchairs, etc. out front on the footpath. They both always stock and sell Cialis, but @ Baht 1800, as well as many imported drugs, some in bulk so cheaper. The smaller one often sells some things a bit cheaper than the larger shop, but so far not the Cialis.

Yes, that's the place, Fascino is the name of the store. Cialis at 1800 is not much of a bargan compaired to 350(or less if you buy a lot) for Penigra in Pattaya.

But is Penigra [an Indian generic drug] have the same ingredients as Cialis or Viagra. As they are not alternative drugs, and both work very differently, one may work for you but not the other?

Not quite true. Although advanced heart disease or high blood pressure can lead to ED, The majority of ED is caused by aging and lower testosterone levels. In the past, men just "lived with it" as part of getting older. Testosterone treatment such as "androgel" can restore energy and sexual ability, but has side effects and is expensive. ED drugs are much less expensive and safer.

Does anyone have good experiences with online retailers of Generics?

I tried Securetabs, but their delivery failed, the customer service was lousy & I was billed twice for one order.
The Visa dispute resolution team refunded the double charge & I'm currently getting a refund arranged for the non-delivery.
Not happy.

I still like the idea of generics, as a product from a respected Generic drugs maker has to be a safer bet than some counterfeit that's hidden "behind the bookcase" in some BKK pharmacy.

Viagra is marketed in a really stupid way. There are 25, 50, and 100 mg tablets which all cost the SAME PRICE. Supposedly, this was done because it is actually true that different folks need different doses. But anyone with an IQ above 75 or so can figure out that it's much cheaper to chop up the 100mg pills. One pharmacist pointed out, accurately, that you can bust them with your incisor teeth.

10 years, 25 million men, something like 9 million pills a day! Wow, how unsafe! However, if this makes you FEEL unsafe, then the answer is simple: don't take it. You don't necessarily need to climb behind your bully pulpit and tell everyone else to stop.

Viagra is, at the least, a drug with its heart in the right place! And I agree with another poster, that a fresh new face, and a sexy new body, are the biggest turn-ons known.

You might also be interested to know that "Vitamin V" is now regarded by some as "old-fashioned." It supposedly lasts a mere four hours, whereas Cialis goes on for three days, and therefore becomes a candidate for "Friday Afternoon Fun Anticipation Drug." At first I found it disappointing, but now I rather like it. But it takes some hours to start really working.

SO: if you get a phone call from a horny motosy taxi driver, who wants to come on over RIGHT NOW, "Vitamin V" would seem to be the choice, if you can get beyond the alleged "safety issues."

By the way, I had some over-eager doctors try to treat one "underlying problem" -- they thought they detected high blood pressure and prescribed some high-blood-pressure medication, which I obligingly swallowed. Alas, this drug gave me edema in my feet (which happens to something like TEN PER CENT of the people who take this pill), and the edema in turn got infected. When I went back to Chiang Mai Raam to show them what they had done, the doctor at least was honest, saying something like, "Holy shit, this infected edema can really turn into a nasty thing. We're checking you into the hospital right now."

And they did! So began my one and only hospital stay, getting heavy intravenous antibiotics 24 hours a day to solve what was, basically, an iatrogenic or doctor-caused problem. It cost me about 30,000 baht.

I can't tell any similar stories about Vitamin V or Cialis. My recommended procedure is to look up Viagra on the Web, and then (IF YOU DARE!!) try a dose of 25mg. Carry on from there. Doctors are not superhuman, and don't really care about your health as much as YOU do. :-)

I was just looking for a recommendation for a RELIABLE on line retailer that sells generic Viagra/Cialis, rather than one of the unreliable companies that double charges, doesn't deliver & has lying customer service people.
In the case of the Securetabs site, even their "customer reviews" appear to be a sham, as every time I try to post about my experience, an error message occurs.

Personally, I figure the health risks from taking 1/3 of a 20 mg tablet for more frequent sex must be minimal. :cat:
