anyone knows how to reach korat from bangkok?

Bus, train, plane, or car. Take your choice!

Air Asia flys there Wed., Fri. and Sat.

Bus from Nothern Terminal on the hour, takes 4 hours and is about 150B

Train 4 1/2 hour to 6 hours

Rent a car and buy a map, go north to route 2

It's not the "ASEAN" games, it's the '24th South East Asian Games' (i.e. not associated with the ASEAN organization).

Seems like it is not well-advertised as a Google search brought up very few hits . . . this one to a Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/24th_Southeast_Asian_Games

But the games are happening in Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) in December, 2007.

i can't seem to find korat or nakhon ... in air asia's website. is there other domestic airlines that flies that route?
