... to Thailand

Paraphrasing William Wallace (the film version) Thakisin might be thought to have said "they may take our lives, but they'll never take our money!"

Interim PM Surayud Chulanont said he would personally guarantee Mr Thaksin's safety if he did return to Thailand.

And of course the best way to do that is if he is in solitary confinement.

I can't believe all his cash is in bank accounts in Thailand, he must be thicker than he already looks. Whats up with the wacko Japanese, offering him a teaching post at a university there, don't they know how to run crooked elections for themselves?

Well lets hope this makes him default on the purchase of his 27million US$ home here in Hong Kong, its not even a detached home, what a sucker.

Thaksin buys 27 million dollar Hong Kong house

HONG KONG - Thaksin Shinawatra, the former Thai prime minister ousted in last year's coup, has bought a 27 million US dollar luxury house in Hong Kong, The Standard newspaper reported Wednesday.

At least US$500 million from the sale of Shin Corp is missing from the Thai bank accounts. Mr. T. isn't so dumb.

True, and I bet he also won't have some fat fucker American digging up half the forest with as much noise as is humanly possible to build a Disney style shack in the bottom of his garden, because he won't have a garden of course or a forest for anyone to dig up.

Tell us, please. Which country's citizens do you admire most?

To many to mention, but the fine citizens of Botswana come immediately to mind, and the Thais are not far behind, then there are the Swedes and the Spanish the Balinese and Iranians, I am in love with the world I suppose. In my opinion, we cannot always help who it is governing us, but those that can, can also take the blame for any shit.
