I still have a way to go, but in less than two weeks, I week and four days I am down 5.5 KG

Still walking 9km a day and still on the Larb plaa, Tom Yam talay[ Poh Taek], various eggs boiled and omelets varieties and water and Pepsi Max. along with the compulsory vitamin tablets etc.

Trying for 10 more KG in the next three weeks.

I am really pleased to get this update of yours Kevin and admire your self discipline, an essential ingredient in your goal to achieve the target you have set yourself. I for one, have no doubt whatsoever, that you will achieve your goal.

Perhaps when you have succeeded, you may want to give some more thought to the idea that you were kicking around during the diet thread, of perhaps opening a proper health, fitness and diet center. It is a facility that everyone here seems to be agreed on, that is definitely needed in Pattaya. I can promise you, that if this idea ever does gets off of the ground, I will definitely be one of your first customers.

Hi George,

I'll give you a call when I come down to Pattaya as this month I am at Bumrungrad [19th/20th] for a scan and will continue down to Pattaya.

Aunty has given me some great ideas on the Spa front and I am going to have a serious look at it.

Pattayamale, keep going, I have started thisdiet twice, I quit the first time as I didn't lose what I wanted, then the Doctor said, Had I given thought I may have replaced some fat tissue with muscle tissue, a thought that had not occurred.

It is definitely easier to lose, when you are away from the vices of Pattaya.

Fun place but no good for dieters!

Hi Kevin, what a strange coincidence. When I paid a visit to my doctor about a year ago, which was the first time I had seen him for about three and a half years, I had a an experience similar to yours. After the customary handshake and cordial greeting, he looked at me and remarked on how much weight I had put on since he had last seen me. He asked if I had given thought, knowing the good shape I had always kept myself in, if I may have replaced some muscle tissues in my body, with some fat tissues. http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/biglaugh.gif

On a serious note, I am delighted to hear that you are going to give the spa idea some serious thought, after what must have been some very interesting conversations with Aunty on the subject. I look forward to further updates. Who knows, if it gets off the ground and I have a feeling it just may well do, I may just get the extra weight off of me that I have pretty much given up hope, of ever being able to move.

I would like to take this opportunity of wishing you all the best for the 19Th/20Th in Bumrungrad, and wish you everything that you would wish yourself, as far as the results of the scan go.

I look forward to hearing from, as well as seeing you, when you arrive back to the vices of Pattaya. Once here, you will again be able to rub shoulders with all of the playboys and party animals amongst us here on Sawatdi.. http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/banana.gif

Choc Dee Kevin. Have a safe and pleasant trip.

Why don't you give it a rest you bald headed old cunt? http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/cricket_bat.gif I believe that was the apt description one of our fellow posters here informed me was the most befitting way to address you.

Don't worry Hommie, I know it will probably disappoint you, but I am not in the slightest bit angry with you, despite your constant harassment of me where my beliefs are concerned. I can even see a slight element of humour in your posts about me sometimes, well in their own childish sort of way that is.

The pretended anger on my part by the way, was to keep up the act for the trolls benefit, of his belief that I am in anger management therapy. Whilst never having been particularly good at ammusing children by keeping them occupied, I hope you two kids will at least have appreciated my efforts here to have done so. http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/whistle.gif

You be a good boy Hommie and enjoy the rest of your day. Oh yes, I nearly forgot, if you see the other person that makes up your schizoid personality, you know the one, he's the one that has the ability to be quite a nice guy if he chooses to, along with having a good sense of humour, please tell him, George said Hi. http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/wavey.gif

Choc Dee Hommie old boy, I shall always where you are concerned, take comfort in the knowledge, that if you weren't here on this forum, there would no doubt be an equally annoying prick exactly the same as you. So as they say, better the devil you know, hey Hommie? http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u152/GeorgeThai/biglaugh.gif

Why don't you give it a rest you bald headed old cunt? It's actually "bald fat old cunt" and it's a story I tell against myself. As for the rest of your post, it's been said before - http://www.enotes.com/shakespeare-quote ... h-methinks (http://www.enotes.com/shakespeare-quotes/lady-doth-protest-too-much-methinks) - although I'm pleased to see I'm getting under your skin. It's said that the author Kingsley Amis once catalogued "45 ways to annoy" - I'm afraid I am a mere neophyte
