Hey that was quite a big quake, 6.1, that was centred in Laos and was felt in Bangkok and Chiang Mai.

Well, I didn't feel it, and neither did any of my friends. In fact, it is downright curious that this quake was felt in Bangkok and not in Chiang Mai. Was it only BKK people in skyscrapers?

However, so far as I know: no deaths, no injuries, no serious property damage. Nothing to lose sleep over.

P.S. I have felt and lived through earthquakes in Chiang Mai, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. I am extremely "earthquake-sensitive."

It was only felt by people in high buildings in Bangkok.

Or glass offices, as most people were at work at the time.
