ROYAL BRUNEI announces reduction of flights BI 35/36 (SA) Bandar Rege Begawan – Bangkok – Frankfurt.
As from June 10, there are only 3 flights weekly. New plan starting from Sep. 10 2007 doesn't include any services from Bangkok to Franfurt anymore.
The airline is in contact with passenger since many flights are getting get re-scheduled or passengers booked onto other carriers.
Frankfurt – Bangkok is usually a popular route especially with passengers from BeNeLux, Scandinavia, Switzerland or France.
I shall be sorry about this great airline. I found there general service attitude was well ahead of Thai, Lufthansa or KLM. Royal Brunei operates carriers with decent seating. They serve good food along with a fine selection of drinks. There staff is friendly and often very gay (and handsome). Especially the competitive pricing model suited well all travellers who did not want the usual max of 30 days. I never trouble with luggage over the limit.
