Untill he realized it wasnt quite Knightsbridge and he would have to pay the 50 000 plus, 70-90 and over age groups heating bills and changed his mind.

Yes please, anything to stop him hanging around the shopping malls of Hong Kong with his tacky lower half. Besides Manchester deserve him, all the best teams are already taken. I can just see the excitement when he has to hand over the ownership to the people of Thailand.
