View Full Version : Ko Chang. Help Please!

April 13th, 2007, 17:55
I have a couple of good friends that have closed their business for ten days over Songkran and would like to get away for a few days as soon as possible to Ko Chang. They have their own transport to get there and are looking for guidance in order to be able to obtain accommodation there that is reasonably priced. They would be happy enough to stay in a beach hut during their stay should it be available. Can anyone offer any advice or assistance on this please?

Thanks,

G.

see previous thread on Koh Chang:

One recommendation is "the Kai Bae Hut Resort, 400Baht for a fan room, 1200 for air-con. I'd stay there again", but there is also other info on the thread.

FYI ... the 'Search' (http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/forum/search.php) engine on this Board is one of the best I've come across.
Perhaps I feel this way because the old EZBoard search ability was truly pathetic. But whatever ... the one on this Board is amazingly easy to use, and very powerful.

The link to the Search feature is located amongst the forest of little links found at the top of each page.

Cheers ...

Thanks for your information Smiles , it is much appreciated as I did not know it was there. I must say that in the short time that I have been experimenting with it since your informing me of it's existence, I agree with you totally in your assessment of this feature, and find it absolutely superb. Thanks again Smiles and Choc Choc Dee. http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1452/5958747/16094547/245977099.jpg

You're welcome.
A hint: to get the best out of the feature, use key words instead of a poster's handle.

For instance, instead of plugging in the name "Homintern" (which will give up ALL the posts of Member Homintern ~ and trust me, only you can decide whether you wish to venture there!), it's best to use a few good key words (in this case, I suggest "fat bald old cunt" will produce a goldmine . . . or an outhouse, depending who you talk to).

Have fun & cheers ...
