Read the Thai Airways message board at flyer talk and saw this posting for
"unpublished" Thai Air fares for the Songkran period...

The link from the posting is in Thai...
hope this helps you get a good airfare on Thai
if you fly during Songkran - Domestic flights - inside Thailand...

The prices are inclusive of all taxes...
I cannot tell if they are one way prices or return/roundtrip fares
as the posted prices are on the Thai page.
I assume they are one way airfares.

Literally, they "bribe" people to take nearly empty planes into Bangkok at the start of New Year's holiday to cope with Bangkokian's excess demand for holiday travel, and vice versa at the end of holiday.

Booking class is W. Fares are inclusive of all taxes and charges:
1. flights into BKK/DMK 11-14 April
2. flights out of BKK/DMK 15-17 April

Chiang Mai 1,755.-
Chiang Rai 1,795.-
Phitsanulok 1,385.-
Khon Kaen 1,410.-
Udon Thani 1,535.-
Ubon Ratchathani 1,515.-
Krabi 1,895.-
