are officially opening their new Sansuk Guesthouse April 1st...
as of April - both their full Sansuk Sauna (now open) & Guesthouse
will both be open for business.

The Sansuk Sauna is already open and is fast becoming a popular place for a sauna,
relaxation and restaurant for many Thais and Farangs alike in South Pattaya...
located midway between South Pattaya and Jomtien Beach.

Room reservations & bookings are now being taken for the NEW Sansuk Guesthouse.

"We are accepting bookings from the beginning of April 2007.

Double rooms are 2,500 Baht a night which includes breakfast and free entry to the Sauna Complex.

Our guests may be able to use the swimming pool and have a drink around the pool before the Sauna Complex opens at 3pm. Sauna opening times are under review."

Over recent years, I have enjoyed many nights and weeks as a hotel guest at Howards Hotel
and I always have been pleased to recommend it to friends and visitors to Pattaya for its great location,
reasonable rates, good rooms, and of course - the hospitality of Thai Owner Punya :-) and his bf Goran.

Wish the owner much success. Are gay-customers really so easy to milk? For 20 days 50000 baht--i only pay 14000. You can imagine yourself what you can do with saved 36000 baht.

From several friends and friends of friends, all conclude that the Sansuk Sauna is a success and lots of fun to relax in
and make new acquaintances. Many feared it would be 98% bald, fat old farangs glaring at each other but it looks like
it will be a successful venture for Punya and I am glad the naysayers missed the boat... :cat:

The sauna will be a success but the guesthouse with prices from another planet?? Sauna was ok but never would pay 2500/night-- for this i can sleep in dusit or siam bayshore.

... a lot of these gay establishments/hotels are relatively expensive, however, you get what you pay for, but there are quality hotels which are cheaper and certainly there are hotels in pattaya at around the same price that the gay hotels offer with more facilities ... but its capturing the gay market isn't it and security?
