Recently I have been asked about PJ's Place Guesthouse in ChiangMai by two posters.
Here is my reply to one of them...I share it with you -
My bf and I really enjoyed our stay at PJ's Place ....(before the smoke and dust particles covered the town)
and the hospitality of its owners/managers Peter & Jaib is outstanding!

May I recommend PJ's Place to you for your stay in ChiangMai?
My bf and I have stayed as guests of PJ's and really enjoyed the fine rooms, furnishings,
comfortable garden to lounge in, free breakfast cooked to order with plenty of fresh hot coffee, informed gay advice on what's happening in Gay Chiang Mai ...and tour guide services as well on offer.
Free pick up and airport return for your visit. A real treat and we will be back again to enjoy their hospitality.
The double deluxe rooms are spacious, newer and most comfortable.
The townhouse suites are spacious and comfortable for those who want extra space.
They offer 20% discount for entire stay with a credit card deposit of first night's stay.

Double Deluxe 1,500 Baht/Night
(approx. US $38, тВм30, UK ┬г21)
Double Suite House 3,000 Baht/Night
(approx. US $75, тВм60, UK ┬г43)
(All prices are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers. Train/bus station transfers charged at 300 Baht each way)
For direct bookings only with a minimum 1 night or 20% deposit (whichever is greater and non refundable if cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival date ).
We offer a 10% discount on the standard room price up to end Sept 2007.
