Sawatdee Friends,

The need for a Thai Will for Expatriates who live in Thailand has been recommended
by most everyone I have spoken to about the subject of a Thai Will.

In the Friday March 16, 2007 Issue of the Pattaya Mail,
the Law Firm of MACKENZIE SMITH LAW with Kitt & Murray
has a full page advertisement which has on offer...

"For those that have not made a Will in Thailand
we are offering a FREE Will Service"

and,

"For instructions taken in March at our Pattaya Office
we are offering legal services to the value of 15,000 Baht with our compliments".

Pattaya Office located:
306/55, Moo 12, Thapraya Road, Nongprue

Beware there is no such thing as a free lunch.

This company has been using scare tactics as part of their advertising copy in the PM for the last few weeks.

I personally think their style is very aggressive and would avoid.

How much does a Thai will cost? ....if it is too expensive for you, well...maybe you don't have enough estate to worry about.

If these are the same people that took out a large advert advising all farang with "illegal house owning companies" that the end of the world was nigh, then beware.

If you take advantage of their "free" will service, then you may be exposing yourself to future advertsing assaults or worse by revealing your staus to them.
