Whats wrong with the hotel, for my last 6 trips I have stayed there , and have enjoy my self.Even in low season its been mainly full and also as a hotel guest ,I have needed to book a table in the evening for dinner, The food has always been good with a decent price and good service, so not sure what is wrong and why the money guy behind the scene would want to sell.
