This HUGE news deserves to reside here for awhile: The Board's elephantine Big Boss seems to have fixed a REALLY annoying glitch in the Personal Message (PM) feature.

Now, when you hit SUBMIT when sending a PM you actually get a little confirmation message that it has in fact been sent succesfully.

Previously when one hit SUBMIT .... nothing happened. The message just sat there like a rotten stinking durian lying on the sand of Jomtien Beach (although in fact it had gone on it's way successfully) . . . one had no clue whether the message had actually gone or not. This glitch meant that, often as not, the frustrated sender would hit SUBMIT again ... and again ... and sometimes even again.

Now ~ glory be ~ one gets the same confirmation as when one posts a regular message on the Board.

THANK YOU ELEPHANTSPIKE!!!!

Cheers ...

Yes, but you Have to put someting in the subject line or the message goes off into space, like the old EZ board and you get a error message. Not the same as here in 'post a reply land', leave it blank, no problem.

The PM has a spell check too, I don't remember that being there before.

You are obviously not a witch or warlock.
