Acupuncture is not really a part of traditional Thai medicines.

But you can any pharmacists about a Chinese doctor which could tell you if there is someone in Pattaya well known for his this type of medicine.

Otherwise you might get some information at Viharn Sien which is about 15 kms out of Pattaya towards Sattahip along Sukumvit Highway. Near km 160 turn left and follow sign to Wat Yansangwararam. Wat Viharn Sien is at the side of Wat Yansangwararam. There are some monks who will surely tell you more in detail about Chinese medicine and doctors who are practicing acupuncture.

On the other hand, paying visits at both temples it’s a nice alternative day out from bars and beaches. Both temples are popular cultural land marks.

Otherwise Chinatown in Bangkok is the true choice to go, between Hua Lamphong and Rathanakohosin there are many Chinese doctors and medicine shops.
