The traditional Pattaya High Season roadworks on major roads is underway. Second Road from the school traffic lights to the Tapphaya Road junction seems to be having new sewers/drains laid and the Tapphaya Road widening is underway and now passes the old closed Icon Hotel. The trees outside Grand Condotel have been felled in readiness though the recently erected advertising boards and new traffic lights rermain. It is a major job and should last at least a year.
