A BRITISH tourist has been charged over the murder of a man during an argument at a rural NSW caravan park.
Rudi Boa, 27, from Scotland, died at the scene late Friday night after suffering multiple stab wounds to his upper body.
Police allege he was drinking with a 31-year-old man, from England, at the Blowering Holiday Park, near Tumut in the Snowy Mountains region, when an argument broke out about 11.30pm (AEDT).
The victim's girlfriend was treated for shock at Tumut Hospital after the stabbing attack, ABC Radio reports.
The 31-year-old man was charged with murder and faced Wagga Wagga Local Court on Saturday.
He was refused bail and was to appear in Tumut Local Court today.
Both men were understood to have been holidaying in Australia.
