That's it. I'm interested in other peoples experiences in world travels and how much an hour or two of a young mans time costs in different countires.

Well this topic had to come after discussions in other threats. I am not looking at myself as an angel and have paid too.
But is seems more and more like an imperialistic discussion or maybe just showing the wrong way our world is going. I am sure you could have really cheap sex i Rwanda during the civil war. So cheap that you did not have to pay for it.

hmm... I think this is a good question,

I am sure you could have really cheap sex i Rwanda during the civil war. So cheap that you did not have to pay for it.

Or go to Ethiopia, burkino faso, Laos, etc. I'm sure the cost to screw a boy in those places is a fraction of the 1000 baht ($ 27) they dare to ask in Thailand.

January 13th, 2007, 06:30
How does Mexico compare with Thailand? Any musclemen around? I don't think Hong Kong would be of interest. I was surfing escort reviews and saw one gorgeous model was visiting there and asking for UK┬г1000 ( 70,000 THB ) a night.

Sure the world has always gone the wrong way, but I wish it could be a better place for all people and that it is possible to change the world if there is a will.
Maybe it is just idealism from my young years not turned into cynicism.

Well I still feel young and still not looking like a 50 years middle aged man ;-). So Lunchtime I take your comment as a compliment, yes I am young, but not on my birth attest. :bom:

Don't put to much into it, I just tried to make a cozy remark to Lunchtime O'Booze about my age.

Well, have SOME people aging, not always being saying "everything was much better before". If we discuss Thailand it was much better 10-20 years ago, the Thai people did not use you as they do today, you could not see in a moneyboys eyes that he would only fuck with you because of money, they were angels at that time, and well everything in Thailand is so fucking expensive today, that we have to run away and find other places and countries where we can start exploit people and have sex almost for free. :bounce:

Guys at the thermal baths in Budapest were offering to pay *me*, so by my count that HAS to be the cheapest.

Dboy, I may be working in Budapest for six months shortly, so insist on knowing in exactly which baths this took place!!

Also any other info on Budapest would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tell ya what man, Budapest rocks! Not just the gay scene, I mean the city, Loved it. The hard-core gay bath is Kiraly (open for men only on tu, thur, sat). It was build in the 1500's by the Ottoman Turks. Rudas is a second choice but far less cruisy. Rudas requires you to wear a small square cloth thingy to cover your privates, I just wear underwear or nothing at Kiraly. Both of these are on the Buda side. 6 months in Budapest would be great! If you want more detailed info on BP send me a private mssg, happy to assist. Just about everyone at Kiraly is gay (except for the tourists who read the wrong guidebook, oops!), whereas Rudas is more mixed. There are some other nicer but less interesting baths in town as well. The most well known is of course the world famous Gellert.

Won't be too graphic here, but Kiraly has a mix of younger and older crowd depending on time of day, day of week, weather, and luck. Got action every time I visited, including some fun in the showers..so if you're an exhibitionist you'll like it. And for about 1200 HUF ($6.17 USD) ya just can't beat it.

I think I have been to a few saunas in Australia built in the 1500s too:P

Where is the cheapest place on earth to buy sex?
My house.
Free, if you're cute.
All-night includes breakfast.

I met an adorable guy in a bakery in Budapest near the old Metropole Hotel.
He didn't speak English, French, German or Spanish; I speak Hunky but don't speak Hungarian--So I tried my Danish; I waved the apple one one under his nose! He was so good, I got a cream horn!... back at the room.

Was planning to visit Prague again in August, and possibly Budapest.
My travel agent tells me it seems impossible to get a cheap flight Prague/ Budapest.
Dont want to go to London and back with BA. Train did not turn me on as an alternative.
Flying into Prague from Edinburgh and can consider cheap flights from Budapest to Rome, Frankfurt or Vienna to pick up my round world flight. Any suggestions welcome.

Heard there's a direct flight from NYC to BP; think it was on AA. Have not explored that. Was backpacking all over europe, and for the BP portion it was all trains..from krakow to Budapest to Vienna. The train from Vienna to BP is only 3.5 or so hrs as I recall.

I received this on trains plus a very interesting link from "lurker never posts"

Czech Republic & Germany

There are four trains a day from BerlinтАЩs Lichtenberg station to Budapest (about 14 hours) via Prague, Bratislava and Stuvoro: the Metropol, the EuroCity Commenius, the Hungaria and the Csardas (from Malmo, 22 hours).
Two additional trains, the Amicus and Pannonia run from Prague to Budapest (nine hours).

http://www.budapesthotels.com/touristguide/train.asp

The Bratislava reference threw me as it is the home of Belami. Last time I went there was by bus from Vienna and it was behind the Iron Curtain. Only one gay bar and that was only partly gay. I hear there is a bar where Belami boys
regularily hang out.

An interesting side trip might be on the cards

May I recommend the Villa Mansland to you when In Prague?

http://www.villa-mansland.com/ .

I stayed there for 4 nights when I last visited Prague and I found the "gay guest house" atmosphere wonderful :-)

It is located along a convenient trolley line just on the outskirts of Prague...so I was able to see more of the city s I would use the trolley day and night.

The owner of Villa Mansland "Harry" will help you in suggesting places of interest to visit and the clubs to go to ...and the "rules of the road" ...per se ...in Prague to follow when in the gay clubs and entertaining a friend or friends.

The owner is most helpful - I urge you to be cautious and listen carefully to what he advises - as the Prague clubs and escorts available are much different than those of Thai.

The Villa Mansland rooms are neat, clean and very nice - ranging in prices depending on your budget and desire for a standard room or upgraded room.

1000 czech koruny (CZK) equals about US$ 46.00 ..a Deluxe room is 1800 CZK is about US$ 83.00; Standard room is 1350 CZK or US$ 63.00 nightly.

The offer "last minute" specials...check them out on their website...

The city of Prague is beautiful and the saunas welcoming :-) :-) I visited one sauna twice - and enjoyed both visits very much. In fact I had a most attractive Bartender (he was a muscled, attractive young man from Slovakia) from Villa Mansland "show me Prague" by day....and during the afternoon - after seeing the sights of Prague - we visited the gay sauna together....what a real treat..WOW! ...he was indeed someone of interest to our TeePee or Wowpow :-)

By the way, Villa Mansland has excellent Chef's...and good - reasonable meals.

In fact they have a unique ...."special" .....wherein they invite Chef's to stay at Villa Mansland for 2 free nights if they agree to be "Hobby Chef" ...

uns jeweils am Freitag ein mehrg├дngiges Men├╝ zuzubereiten, mit allem, was dazu geh├╢rt, also auch
Lasst euch verw├╢hnen!

Attention hobby Chefs!

From October 20th 2006 we would like one of our guests to volunteer to present a menu from his own country:
our Friday special. The guest cook will be supported by our own kitchen staff to produce a menu of food and
drink showing our other guests the flavours of his favourite local food. LetтАЩs treat ourselves and establish a
Friday tradition at Villa Mansland of samples of different national cuisines presented by our own guests with full
support from our own staff. The guest cook will be offered free accommodation on the Friday and Saturday
with appropriate companionship. Please contact HARRY direct for more information: have fun cooking for
Friends on Friday and help make Villa Mansland an even friendlier and even more international hotel.

NAKED PARTY IN CANNES - Every Thursday from 20:00 - 04:00 and every Sunday from 16:00 to 23:00 the "Naked and Underwear Party" takes place. Just like during the similar events, the door of the Cannes will remain closed. Once after having entered the club, you get a big plastic to put in your stuff, which then will be kept up safe. Dress code: naked, max. underwear and shoes can be left on.
Valuable things are also to be put in the plastic bag and will be kept up safe there. You will not need any cash on you, as a note will be made of all drinks, which then will have to be paid at leaving the club. The entry fee is CZK 50 (naked person) or CZK 100 (underwear on body) - not including drinks of your choice as is known in other clubs. You can enter and leave the club at any time, also during the party.

WowPow,

I live in the northern suburbs of Mexico City. In the hills and above the smog line. it's not the most cosmopolitan place to live but it's close to work, it's safe and comfortable.

The boys here are really beautiful. The darker working class guys, my favorite, are everywhere and given the right situation they are available. The problem is getting the right situation. I've been focusing on my work the last several months and have not been looking to have much sanuk. Plus I visited BKK in De.

The more wealthy boys, like the ones who attend the school I work at are more lighter skinned and devistatingly handsome. Don't know about their availability, I don't play where I work. I'm a professional, don't you know?

So far have not seen a lot of muscle guys but Mexicans are similar to Thais in body. Many are just average, slim and fairly short.

Maybe I should have been more specific, Belami hopefuls.

I know that Drakes in Prague have 6-8 video auditions for their website daily and Belami also audition daily.

The disappointed, unsuccessful or those waiting for their chance, all with that blonde, blueeyed innocent look and hung,
all hanging around, looking for someone to buy them a drink, meal or a bed for the night.

Where are my smelling salts

If the boys of Tijuana are so plentiful (and smooth), why do Americans travel to Thailand?

That's like asking; 'If lobster tastes like chicken why does anyone buy pork chops?' but maybe they do it because, like Everest, it's (Thailand) there.
And haven't you heard: you don't need travel from America to Mexico to get Mexicans.

January 30th, 2007, 18:15
you don't need travel from America to Mexico to get Mexicans.I always found it somewhat bizarre that "Red Indians" born in the USA or Canada are known as Native Americans and "Red Indians" born in Mexico are known as Latinos. The other difference is that the former have a chip on their shoulder and the latter don't
