Chateau Dale Condos w/ Private pool

Does anyone have any information about renting one of those small condos with their own pool. A rental agency or even private owner. I stayed at View talay last year and would much rather have one of those for my 10 days.

Chateau Dale is quite the place. check out www.fairproperties.com (http://www.fairproperties.com) . Just fyi I am not in any way connected with them, they just happen to be who showed me a few units at Chat Dale.
