This keeps appearing when I post message

This was explained by Spike before, this is some bug in the forum software and will occur when the words exchange and rate are posted in the topic title or body text, nothing he can do about it.

that of you take a little longer to post everything seems to work OK but if you write and post very quickly-you get the message you encountered.

I found that yesterday when I was writing and posting during the day very quickly--the very same thing kept happening to me. Later that night after a few VAT's and I had a little trouble focusing and took longer there was no problem.
