View Full Version : viewing the board - internet shops

Is it ok to read the board in the uk in an internet shop?
I obviously wont be bringing any of the pics up that change daily, on the 1st page of the board of the naked guys, just reading the threads.

But can you think of any problems this may highlight in the internet shop, or maybe even if I viewed it in a library, but then they would have my library membership details in the library!

Are these kind of shops obliged to report such viewing of sites, even though anyone can just walk in & use their computers?

Simply use the Topic-Listing page ( http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/fo ... um.php?f=9 (http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=9) ) as your opening URL in your favourites link to the Board (instead of the porno-clogged Portal, or the adds for Disgraceful Places in the Forum-Listing page). The Topic-listing page is smutless.

Cheers ....

Am I missing something here? Why would an Internet Cafe want to report someone for viewing Sawatdee Forum?
Are you suggesting that some of the pictures that display on the portal page are illegal?

Some have filters but not many - you shouldnt have any problems with this board as most filters are based on meta tags and SGT doesnt have any naughties in theirs.

I cannot imagine why any internet shop owner would have to record somebody just visiting SGT- after all, it is hardly an illegal site.

If you were nervous, i suppose you could make sure to pay in cash, so ther would be no trail to your identity.

Compared to what a lot of peope look at in internet shops, I would say it is pretty tame.

The last time i was looking at SGT in an internet shop, the guy on one side of me was looking at ads on gaydar (icluding explicit ones), whilst the guy on the other side of me was perusing some of the comeliest courtesans to grace a site called "Escorts-ireland.com".

As luck would have it, though, just when i went to have a quick squint at the "Cruisingforsex" Thailand page, a ten year old lad took the seat beside me and started glancing at me with a rather suspicious expression, which was rather off-putting, to say the least, given the sort of ads that plaster that site. I didnt want him running to the owner to complain, so i cut my perusal of that particular site a bit short.

Ah, yes, using internet cafes for ones surfing has its sorrows as well as its joys.

I don't think so.

I've been highly embarrassed to see what previous users have been reading.

And if you around Sunnee Plaza or Boyztown-check out if any of the young men have left their private pictures stored on a comp. I've found some raunchy ones that they have sent to farangs abroad including the manager of one popular shop near Sunne Plaza.

He can't understand why I give him broad smiles and a nice tip--but then I know about his hidden assets ! :bounce:
