I am now living in a condo in Jomtien and have some special cleaning needs. The cleaners I have tried randomly from the downstairs businesses haven't impressed me. I think they would be fine if there are no special needs, like someone cleaning a hotel room everyday when there is no dirt buildup. For example, I had some dirt buildup on the kitchen floor and I noticed more than one random cleaner didn't even try to clean it. I managed to clean it myself, but if I am paying, I want the cleaners to clean such things! If I found someone good, I would be into a regular schedule also.
Perhaps an expat here can refer me to a specific Thai cleaner or even a reasonably priced business that has good quality. On Thaivisa, Tiptop was suggested, but their webpage seems mostly focussed on selling their franchises than selling their cleaning services, so it is not too appealing.
