Where are the ATM's located at the new Airport. Are they easy to spot or hidden away. Before or after customs. Any specifics would be helpful.

Can u access the shopping mall without departing? That is, from the arrivals?

There are stands near the entrances etc with complete guide maps to the aiport showing where everything is. (FREE) I advise you to pick one up right away - the place is huge - 4 levels to explore.
