Short time hotel opposite Tawan Bar

I asked this question once before as a part of another thread but I will ask it again. Last time I was in Bangkok (about 2 years ago) the short time hotel opposite the Tawan was named the Tarntawan, not to be confused with the main hotel of the same name around the corner although they would be obviously linked. Has anyone utilised this short time hotel and what is the standard, as short time hotels go and how does it compare with the others in the area?

it is probably a bit expensive for a short time hotel unless you are planning a marathon sex session - I think the rooms are 5,000 baht (per month) with an 8,000 Baht deposit, but then the sign does say Tarntawan Appartments not Tarntawan Love Hotel!
