October 30th is Bodybuilder's Day. Ron's already tryin' to hide his bulge, cuz he knows that this time of the year Joe (my gym instructor) is sure to come callin'. My sneakers too have been lyin' sorta neglected these past few weeks. So me too not exactly lookin' forward to Joe's visit. and Ive done on another computer and still there are about 4 ads that come about - Ive seen these ads before, and one of them you click off and it arrives again - I managed to clear it off quickly, but if youre not quick it installs something on your machine - its happened to me time and time again, not sure if they are secure, they are just a menace.

Yes when I'm turned on it tends to pop up though an occasional generic viagra helps these days.

You are right I do have a pop up blocker on my lovely new Macbook - 13 inches of joy.

Why not call them? It's too late now from the UK.

It's always a bit of a mystery where and when with these things. I have been to a few and they are not as exciting as one might think. The boys all have their straight friends and families with them so it's awkward for them to talk to one.
