After the full Weekly Report on Thailand was published Sunday / Monday, I received detailed information from Paul Causey, former co-chairman (2003) of the Bangkok Pride Coalition detailing the major changes initiated at the Annual General Meeting Saturday. Detailed info should be on the Weekly Report itself, updated, Monday, US West Coast time, with many details provided by Paul. Also, a separate note has been posted elsewhere about the changes -- considerably more abbreviated than the full report which will be added to the Weekly Report on Thailand. I hope you'll check out the information later, even if you see the other post already up now.
