Adam's Apple

I noticed on a recent visit to Chiang Mai that Adam's Apple has closed. Does anyone know why and whether there are plans to reopen it?

It was closed at the beginning of august told me the waiter from garden bar. I stayed there 3 days in novotel because of visiting but no more action. Many people have been running there to visit not knowing it has closed.

My understanding was it closed due to issues between the landlord and the owners of the bar. I also heard the old owners have no more interest in the bar. I have no idea if the landlord is seeking to rent the space or if it will reopen. I've never been there but have heard that the space was quite rundown.

There are other bars such as Circle, Doi Boy, New My Way, and one or two more that are very near the Adam's Apple location, and I would think gay visitors would go to those bars.
