Can I purchase panadeine/panadeine forte over the counter in Pattaya - or is this a no no?

The drug store in Sunnee Plaza is the best for everything. The pharmacist is there in the early evening and the head pharmacist at the hospital during the day. He will cure anything you have. He cured me.

Boots or Watson's might balk without a Rx, but any streetside pharmacy will undoubtedly sell it. I understand you can even get morphine at some of them. Anyplace that will sell you Viagra will sell codeine as well, I think.
