The Vatican is about to release a cartoon ("animated film" for the politically correct) about Ringo II. It is apparently to be narrated by a couple of white doves who, coincidentally, are gay lovers (I made that last bit up)

It's the life of pope JP II. They made it in cartoon form because the audience they are trying to reach is pre-teen boys. (There you go, Snowcat!)
It might have been more 'interesting' if they'd had a Manga artist do it--Typically: scenes of hunky young Poles having some R & R from their quest to find the holy potato salad exercising their poles in the seminary dorm-room after lights out and one they think is a girl masquerading as a boy is really a boy masquerading as a girl masquerading as a boy (Manga's like that.)
Nevertheless, I'm sure the DVD will end up in a lot of Christmas stockings...That will end up as (Smiles) cum-socks...while visions of Manga-boys dance in their heads.
