I've been in Pattaya now for a month of my 3 month holiday. In that month I have missed several events around Pattaya. Being "kee neow", I enjoy the free festivals and activities but only get to know of them after the fact when reading the Pattaya Mail. The Mail doesn't seem to list events, a monthly Pattaya tourist publication doesn't and the advertising signs put up around town seem to be in Thai only.

Where can I find out what happening in town for the next month?

Since you referenced reading about events in the Pattaya Mail, it appears that you are also interested in non-gay events. You can go to pattyacityexpatsclub.com and review their latest newsletter for upcoming events. Also, if interested and up and about on a Sunday morning, you can attend their meeting at Henry J. Bean restaurant on Beach Road --buffet breakfast from 9:30am til 10:30am and then program (speaker, upcoming events, open forum. interest groups, etc.), which runs till around noon. These items are also mentioned in the newsletter.
