There was a thread on a thai webboard about police raiding the Ka-Door Pub in Rachada Street. This pub is located on the 7th floor of the Beach Residence building which also has rooms for rent, a gay dance pub (Door Dance Pub formerly known as G-Host Pub) on 1st floor and a restaurant. The whole place is not well-known among gay farangs although it has a very convenient location between Ratchada and Suthisan MRT subway stations.
On Wednesday 11th at about 3 in the morning, the police raided the Pub where about 300 (three hundreds !!!) boys were having drinks and fun, including some in side-rooms where there had just been some obvious group sex between males.
The police found 15 underage boys while 10 people tested positive on drugs. The place was well-known to operate very late in the morning.
It will be closed for 30 days (it seems only the Ka-Door Pub is concerned).

Good advertising for them, it seems to be a nice place and I should try it ! As for drawing conclusions about the junta's policy, I woud not venture doing this as I do not know the case...

This place has been raided many times. People in the building have complained about noise, etc.

Don't bother going there if you're over 30.
