View Full Version : Homintern's Airport Review

October 13th, 2006, 14:24
I've been on the edge of my chair for a week now waiting for Colonel Plonk-Plonk's promised airport review. Could it be that, to his dismay, he found it both attractive and efficient?

October 13th, 2006, 15:56
he might not have made it out of the bar yet.

October 13th, 2006, 17:55
He's home busy trying to make up another Muslim character he can play.

October 13th, 2006, 21:20
He's posting as cottman, so he's here already, and probably never been in, out or through the new airport.

I see boygeenyus is anxious to read my airport review - at least that's what I assume from this thread, since the young hypocrite is on {Ignore} so I don't read what he's written. I notice that someone called Curious asserts that cottager and I are one. I looked up the fellah's posts - he's been kind about me in the past so I must have offended him in some way. Welcome to the club!

As I'm still in England I can't provide a complete picture but the outward trip is in my Blog - http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/fo ... g.php?w=40 (http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/forum/weblog.php?w=40) - "Ripping yarns from a visa runner". Those who want the return journey will have to wait for my return - in the next few days

If you may believe half board from SF is on ignore ! A matter as Homintern likes to show off ! He is the more intelligent class.

I Q is a concept that originally was intended to define a strictly technical, psychological quantity, but has entered into the public consciousness in a striking way. Among people in general it has nearly gone as far as to believe that IQ is assumed to consistute an objectively inviolable standard of value of the assumed abilities which are considered in a broader context, as well. Now, this is certainly not the case. But on the other hand can IQ be an, in certain aspects, acceptable tool to calculate the benefits that the ability to quantify and range gives in a statistical and diagnostic respect. The questions is usually constructed so that each respondent gives an answer that is possible to judge as incorrect, or be approved of. Intelligence tests is merely a way of indicating the procedure when a human being is tested in a few rather arbitrary preferred areas, by means of a succession of supposed intelligence questions, with an increasing level of difficulty. One alternative is to treat every field of intelligence separately for a start, to be weighted with a arbitrary factor and added to the other field terms, which are derived in a similar way, after that.

Well well Homi, as i am on your ignore i not expect your answer !

Checking out your digs in Wolverhampton are you, Plonker-Dunce? Marvelous. Don't forget to make sure the council's turned on the gas now, you hear. After all who knows, the Thai embassy might decide not to grant a visa for your sorry arse, and a good thing too it would be in my view. Looks like the change in visa policy has already worked. The trash has already been taken out of Thailand.

Can't deny what I wrote huh?In your previous existence as Hedda ( http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/fo ... 2648#92648 (http://www.sawatdee-gay-thailand.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=92648#92648) ) you were also unable to grasp that I simply don't take myself seriously and, like Sir Ron Brierley, I never deny a rumour or innuendo about myself - I repeat and embroider it. Wolverhampton, you'll be pleased to hear, gets a mention in the next episode. Ron, I should say really is a closet Australian, rather than someone merely posing as one (ie. yourself) :bounce:

Precious little schadenfreude there. I'm disappointed, and I'm sure Homi is devastated.

PS: I understand the APEC business card program is under review and may not be renewed. Oh dear.

Oh what a pity. Looks like Homerturd's New Zealand passport of convenience will no longer be of much value to him. Maybe he might do the right thing and give it up.

Yeah right.

I arrived at the new airport on Friday the 13th and expected to find myself in a mess, after all I've been reading on this board. Surprise Surprise, I found everything perfect. My plane landed at 8.15 AM. I got to immigration at 8.30 and was at the luggage carousel by 8.40. My bags were already there waiting for me. I have nothing more to say it was the easiest and most pleasant arrival I can ever remember. I even got a smile from the immigration officer

As for some other posters remarks about marking the page in the passport with a special pen. All it is is a green marker to highlight the type of entry. What the fuck has all the fuss been about over the past few weeks.

Same here ... arrived yesterday (thursday) at about 3pm flying Austrian Airline Y class... besides the too small arrival area, everything was if not perfect at least about as good as Don muang. I found a little bit hard to find the escalator for going down to the public taxi area and finally got there easily (1st floor) ; waited no more than 3 minutes and a nice taxi driver came, he even did not take the route I suggested him and he was right as his choice was better. all in all 207 tHB + 50 airport surcharge + 65 THB tolls + tip = 365 THB
I was in my hotel about 1 hour after landing, worse than Don Muang but thai are not to be blamed if I choose to stay in Saphan Kway rather than closer to tne new airport ...

SACRILEGE!

The new airport is equivalent to Dante's 9th ring! Any comments to the contrary will be considered LIES!
