I am wondering how many guys will hotel management allow to be in one hotel room at one time for an overnight stay?

I am asking because I may have a Tupperware party or Bible Study in my room.

I will be staying at Babylon in Bangkok. The Room-Club in Pattaya and some gay guesthouse in Chiang Mai. I forgot the name of the place but it is near the House of Male.

Anyone know what some limits may be? I don't want to pack too many Bibles :geek:

IN both the Tarntawan and the dusty Pinnacle, I've brought 6-7 friends back for drinks (yes just drinks!), most of whom were Thai, and no one at the hotel seemed to mind.

Only time i had a problem with this was at Montien Bkk - the security guard would only let 2 in - the other 3 had to wait outside.

(look up it's website)...gay friendly but with whacko decor

they have large spa baths and mini dance floors with a pole...therefore it's presumed a host of guests will be invited to your room.

They also give Room Service a new meaning...Kittens can be ordered from the Kitten Club downstairs via the TV link-up !!..why Boyztown doesn't have this arrangement is a mystery..so much easier for the age challenged.

Well, I would think that your time limit will have a lot to do with whether you are bothering other hotel guests or not. Maybe you'll get away with it all night and maybe they'll charge you then 500 baht/guest in the morning.

On one trip I stayed at the Chin House in 2 Bed apartment with another farang friend. We were told that we could have 4 keys only. At this time a large group of expat friends from the Middle East were in town. I gave a party for a dozen or so farang who all brought their Thai boys, some brought two or three. There must have been 30 people in the apartment at one point. The party went on almost till dawn. No problems no complaints, except someone on the same floor asked us to turn the music down a bit. We invited him in to join us . Problem solved. Two bedroom apartment at the Chin House is about 4,000 baht these days You said you have stayed there before bucknaway so I guess you know it's a nice place.

1 bedroom= 4020baht/night, 2 bedroom=5600baht/night.
These are special internet rate until Oct 1.

your reate of 4000baht for 2 bedroom is probably from at least 5 years ago.

Actually I just looked up my files. Last October 2005 I stayed 2 weeks and paid 28,500 per week for a 2 bedroom apartment. In November after I returned from Pattaya I took 1 bedroom for a week at 19,500. I have stayed there about 10 times. If you call them you can negotiate a better price. The price on the Chin House website is the same as agents are quoting on their websites. The Chin House does this to keep the agents happy. I have always found all over the world, special rates are never special rates until you personally negotiate with the vendor.
