Hot water in shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Has aircon, fans and new
appliances. Electronic safe in room.
Condo is on 9th floor overlooking the Yensabai pool.


Rent is : 13,000 Baht per month. Price to include electric, water , and Cable TV
Deposit: 13,000Baht.



There is a blackout date of: January 5, 2007 тАУ February 4th, 2007

This room for only 13.000 bath ? I stay in Pattaya 7 Feb till 9 mars and order my hotel all ready but in the future...

This is ting tong , what can you do for 13.000 bath ? I pay a lot more to put my dog in a pension for one month.

PS. Is there a boy hidden in that bed ? :clown:

Yes, it certainly looks like someone's under those covers. Well, you know how hard...excuse me: difficult...they are to wake up.
