Boring old Foster, he tried to cover 20 odd hectares of Kowloon Island in Hong-Kong in glass, the people would have none of it naturally, and his plan has been unceremoniously scrapped. He seems to think the whole world has the same climate as Manchester England. Still the Hong-Kong airport is functional at least, but otherwise unremarkable. A bit literal perhaps, it looks like an aircraft hanger, surprise surprise.
