What's happening?
You probably know better than I do what is going on in Bangkok at the moment. Yes, there are tanks in the streets.

No, there is no fighting. I know that through CNN and BBC.
All the local media has been virtually shut down except for a terse announcement that everything is all right.
I'll have more in the morning - assuming our Internet connection stays up.
I'm having difficulty reaching Thai newspaper sites.
Only the Thai Rath and Daily News seem accessible at the moment and they both say the PM has called a state of emergency.
