Enquiry about Twin Towers Hotel

I am being offered a special rate at the Twin Towers Hotel in Bangkok, which looks quite nice, going by its website. However, I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it will charge a joiner's fee, which no doubt will upset all calculations.
