View Full Version : Viagra or ...

As I get older I can appreciate why the Roman emperors went in for orgies. After a few rounds with the same person, at my age the interest flags and it's the thought of the new or the various I find stimulating. Fortunately I've never seemed to need Viagra but I have discovered a new wheeze that a chum put me up to. There's a supplement that often comes with Vitamin pills for the ageing executive called "lycopene" and I can thoroughly recommend it. In the US it's marketed with something that rejoices in the delightful name of "One a day men's" - http://www.one-a-day.com/products/menshealth.shtml - and generally http://www.lycopene.org/

So far I've relied on friends kindly bringing me imports. I'd better check Boots and Siam Drug to see if they have something similar

Lycopene can be found in your regular watermelons or tomatoes... even the hot house variety. You can also get it with your daily Centrum. (http://www.centrum.com/ccns/index.asp) No need to go to blustery Bangkok for it.

I have never seen just lycopene for sale in Thailand. It's common in the US. It's not to enhance sex but as a oxidant to prevent prostate cancer. I seem to recall some study at Harvard Medical that showed it prevented cancer, can't find it. Saw Palmetto is good too for prostate enlargement, that I have seen in a few places in BKK.

Aunty rushes in to make a few small corrections.
